We used Taco Republic for a 60-person office lunch and it was the easiest catering order I have ever placed. Vegetarian and halal options covered, on time, and the taco bar setup looked great in the boardroom.
Best pre-game spot in the city. We hit the downtown location before every home game, the Republic Combo is out in ten minutes and the margaritas are honest pours. Playoff nights here are electric.
The birria tacos are the real thing. The consommé alone is worth the walk down Whyte in January. Staff treat you like a regular on your first visit and like family on your second.

From May to October most of the vegetables on the menu come from within two hours of the restaurant.
